To serve
the purpose of protecting international freedom, liberty, prosperity, harmony
and peace and protecting the freedom, liberty, prosperity, harmony and peace of the Commonwealth, society,
people and animals, Priest, Ministers, Preachers and Pastors of a Yahweh faith, are ban from preaching a teaching of the bible, upon the territories of the Commonwealth, if such teaching of the bible both
1. teach people to conduct one or more action that cause harm to freedom, liberty, prosperity, harmony or peace and
2. violate a law of the Commonwealth.
nor can such Priest, Minister, Preacher, Pastor or Reverent of a Yahweh faith, encourage others to preach such teaching of the bible, but he can inform people about the existence of such teaching within the bible, providing if he does not preach it or encourage others to preach it, a violation of such ban, should be known as the "Evil bible value preaching ban". It is a criminal offense for a person who is a Priest, Minister, Preacher, Pastor or Reverent of a Yahweh faith to violate the "Evil bible value preaching ban", the sentencing should be determined by the court, subjecting to the boundary set by the law and this constitution. The court is authorized to sentence such Priest, Preacher, Minister, Pastor or Reverent to one or multiple items of the following
1. strip of his citizenship of the Commonwealth
2. to be forever exile from the territories of the Commonwealth
3. subject to the law and this constitution, other form of sentencing the court deem fit.
However, to serve the interest of the Commonwealth or to prevent an international incident with another nation, if deem fit, the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Attorney General, can replace any existing sentencing upon a person who is the Priest, Preacher, Minister, Reverent or Pastor of a Yahweh faith for violating the "Evil bible value preaching ban" with an alternative sentence, which should include both of the following
1. strip of his citizenship of the Commonwealth
2. to be forever exile from the territories of the Commonwealth
If a Priest, Minister, Reverent, Preacher or Pastor of a Yahweh faith, is a repeat offender of the "Evil bible value preaching ban", the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and the Attorney General has the right to
1. strip him of his citizenship of the Commonwealth and
2. to forever exile him from the territories of the Commonwealth
However, if
deem appropriate by the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister or Attorney General he can reduce the sentence of such Priest, Minister, Reverent, Preacher or Pastor if he is willing to say
the “Preaching evil bible passages, Priest, Minister, Reverent, Preacher and Pastor, repentance speech", but if deemed appropriate by the Prime Minister, such reduced sentence can be reinstated.
The “Preaching evil bible passages, Priest, Minister, Reverent, Preacher and Pastor, repentance speech" should be as following
“I
seriously, solemnly and sincerely affirm and apologize for preaching a teaching of the bible that is evil by violating the principle of peace, freedom,
liberty, harmony or prosperity. I seriously, solemnly and
sincerely swear and affirm, I will to the best of my ability never again preach a teaching within the
bible that is evil by violate the principle of peace, freedom,
liberty, harmony or prosperity. I understand no real god would
preach such evil teaching, unless he is a false god, otherwise, it must be
demon or men putting words into the mouth of such god. Thus, such evil teaching within the bible, cannot possibly be the teaching or command of a real god. I seriously,
solemnly and sincerely swear and affirm, I will to the best of my ability, never again preach a teaching
within the bible that is evil by violating the principle of peace,
freedom, liberty, harmony or prosperity. SO, HELP ME HEAVEN!”
If the Prime Minister, Deputy
Prime Minister or Attorney
General deem fit, he can also appoint a third party to take the “Preaching evil bible passages, Priest, Minister, Reverent, Preacher and Pastor, repentance speech" on the behalf of one or multiple Priest, Minister, Reverent, Preacher or Pastor of the Yahweh faith that violated such ban, even if he is not willing to take the “Preaching evil bible passages, Priest, Minister, Reverent, Preacher and Pastor, repentance speech"
