(A)
The
House of Human Resource should have an Auditing Agency, subject to it, such
agency should be administering by the Auditor General, the person
serving as the Auditor General is propose by the Human Resource Chancellor or
propose by the Acting Human Resource Chancellor and approved by the House of
Representative or the Senate, but the Human Resource Chancellor can overrule
the decision of the Acting Human Resource Chancellor, when returned. The
Auditing General should serve a six years term.
(B)
Within
four months after the financial year, the House of Administration and the House
of Armed Forces should present the account of House of Administration and House
of Armed Forces to such Auditing Agency administered by the Audit General of
the House of Human Resource. Within three months after the House of
Administration and the House of Armed Forces hand in such accounts, such
Auditing Agency, administered by the Auditor General of the House of Human
Resource should complete checking the accounts, in accordance to the law and
present the checking report to the Grand Senate.
