(A)
The law of the
Commonwealth and the law of the religion should remain separate.
(B)
Under no circumstances can the Federal
government of the Commonwealth or any Local government of the Commonwealth,
make law to enforce the law of any religion, regardless of whether the
Commonwealth recognized for it to be a legitimate religion, not even if such
religion is Christianity.
(C)
Under no
circumstances, can the law of any religion be above the law of the Federal
government of the Commonwealth nor can the law of any religion be above the law
of any Local government of the Commonwealth, regardless of whether the
Commonwealth recognized for it to be a legitimate religion, not even if such
religion is Christianity.
(D)
Subject to this
constitution, the law of the Commonwealth should protect the right of all
people upon the territory of the Commonwealth from been forced to follow the
law of any religion against his or her will. Such law that
guarantee a person's right not to be forced to follow the law of any religion
against his or her will, should not exclude, Christianity.
(E)
Subject to the
law of the Commonwealth, the people of the Commonwealth have the right to be a
sinner, in relationship to any religion, including Christianity, upon the
territories of the Commonwealth, without been harassed, persecuted or
discriminated against, for committing the sin.
(G)
Such law that
protect a person's right not to be forced to follow the law of any religion
against his or her will should include, a right to not be forced to attend
church against his or her will, a right to not be forced to attend Sunday school
against his or her will, a right not to be forced to be Baptist against his or
her will and a right not to be forced to receive a circumcision against his or
her will. When a person made it clear he or she does not wish to be Baptist, a
forced baptism upon this person under such circumstances should be deemed
equivalent to rape, in the eye of the law.
A person under the age of sixteen, should not be Baptist unless all legal guardians of such person provide written consent.
(H)
But with the
exception of during a state of emergency and with the exception of during
martial law, subject to not effecting the Commonwealth or those authorized by
the Commonwealth to
1. protecting
international peace, freedom, liberty, prosperity, harmony or property, from been
harmed
2. protecting the
Commonwealth or its peace,
freedom, liberty, prosperity, harmony or property from been harmed
3. protecting society or its peace,
freedom, liberty, prosperity, harmony or property from been harmed
4. protect people or their peace,
freedom, liberty, prosperity, harmony or property from been harmed
5. protecting
animals or their peace, freedom, liberty, prosperity, harmony or property
from been harmed
the Commonwealth
should not disallow religion institution from removing people or
excommunicating people from its property, for disobeying the law of the
religion or to be a sinner in relation to the religion, unless such act of
removal or excommunicating would cause harm to

international peace,
freedom, liberty, prosperity, harmony or property
2. the Commonwealth or its peace,
freedom, liberty, prosperity, harmony or property
3. the society or its peace,
freedom, liberty, prosperity, harmony or property
4. people or their peace,
freedom, liberty, prosperity, harmony or property
5. animals or their peace,
freedom, liberty, prosperity, harmony or property

The law of the Commonwealth should discourage
hate speech against sinners.

(A)
In
regards to what to do, this article of this constitutional reform uses the
constitution of the United States of America and the Republic of China 中華民國 (Taiwan)
in regards to rights and responsibility, during the time where this
constitution reform was made and use Confucius Ideology, Age of Enlightenment
Ideology and Benjamin Franklin Ideology's perspective, in regards to freedom,
equality, liberty and human right.
(B)
In
regards to what not to do, this article of this constitution reform, observe
the problem associate with the Vatican City Empire (Dark Ages Europe, Middle
Age Europe, Medieval Europe), especially how the Vatican City Empire's insisting
on using the Christian bible as its constitution, contribute to the west been
plagued by extreme poverty, ultra-third world status, meaningless religious
crusades, meaningless religion inquisition and major violation of human right
that lasted up to one thousand years and contribute to the existence of
unusually long lasting plague in Europe, despite the predecessor is the mighty
Roman Empire and the enlighten ancient Greek civilization and the Vatican City
Empire is a one thousand years old dynasty, thus got one thousand years to get
it right, yet, it is only due to overthrowing the Vatican City Empire, thus,
stop using the bible as its constitution and separating the church and the
state, was the Age of Enlightenment possible, which leads to industrial
revolution and revival of democracy. The Roman Empire and ancient Greek does
not follow the teaching of the bible, either, thus, despite the bible promise,
only by living in accordance to the bible, can life achieve maximum benefit,
reality have proven to be very much the opposite way around, to what the bible
claim.
