3. Sub Department, 

4. Administration Committee and 

5. Administration Sub Committee 

of a State and a Federal District should not include position of Senior Official rank, but can include all other rank

(B) The 

1. Department, 

2. Sub Department, 

3. Administration Committee and 

4. Administration Sub Committee staff of State District and Province 

of a State District or Province should not include position of 

1. Senior Official rank and 

2. Middle Official rank

but can include all other rank

(C) The 

1. Department and 

2. Administration Committee 

of Province District should not include position of 

1. Senior Official rank, 

2. Middle Official rank and 

3. Junior Official rank.

 but can include all other rank

(D) The Executive Department of a Town or, County cannot have position of Official Rank but can have position of all General Personnel rank

(E) The Executive Department of Special Sub District cannot have position of

1. Official rank and

2. Senior General Personnel rank

 but can include all other rank

(G) The Executive Department of a Sub District can have position of 

1. Middle General Personnel rank 

2. Junior General Personnel rank and 

2. Assistant General Personnel rank.

but cannot have position of any other rank.
